You can Help

Individuals, businesses and corporations are invited to support the 501(c)(3) Carolina Balloon Museum with your contributions, donations and endowments. This is especially true in the early development stages of the museum.

The museum was founded by Don Cline and Bill Meadows both balloonist for over 50 years. Their goal is to provide a museum where balloonist can preserve their history, a venue to host special events, and an educational facility where the public can learn about the sport of ballooning.

Bring Ballooning Experiences to the Eastern US

There are two other balloon museums in the nation, one in Indianola, Iowa and the other in Albuquerque, New Mexico, but this will be the first balloon museum east of the Mississippi.

The land for the museum has been purchased in two parcels with the first in 2015 and the second in 2018. Plans have been finalized and hopefully construction will start in the near future.

Leave your Mark

In addition to contributions, donations and endowments we do have naming opportunities for the Theater, Observation Deck and the seven story high balloon in the center of the museum.

To support the Carolina Balloon Museum in these or other possible ways we invite you to contact our CBM President and Co-Founder Don Cline at dcline@pari.edu. Or, use the contribution options below.
